The small, almost translucent blossoms blow away their long-haired, white-felted pistils to reproduce, making them dependent on wind or humidity. Due to its weight and size, the Withywind deprives other plants of vital light in its habitat and even damages them to the point of death. An organism that is not dependent on human care takes up space despite a hostile environment, and thus becomes the antagonist of the microcosmos: wildly overgrown urban nooks and crannies construct themselves in our cities and only become visible to us through precise observation.
